Prices - How to order - Payments - Delivery time - Guarantee

If you want to order our products and services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You can order:

- by phone [+39] 030.266.266 and [+39] 351.59.44.042 (Mon.-Fri. 9:00-12:00/14:00-17:00).
Please always state exact item code, your complete address, and a telephone number.
Once you have placed your order, you'll receive an email with detailed confirmation of your order, so that you can check it before you proceed with payment.
The scheduled delivery time must be calculated from receipt of your payment to us (please consider that a bank transfer may take up to 7 days).

You can download our current price list. All quoted prices on our price list are meant in Euro, ex works, including V.A.T..
Prices are subject to change without notice. Emmebi reserves the right to correct printing/pricing errors.

Handling, packing, freight costs are to be added. We'll be glad to give you a quotation for shipping costs before you place your order.
Incidental Customs taxes (usually duty, outside European Union Countries*) are at the buyer's charge and will have to be paid to the Carrier on consignment of the goods. Please ask to your local Customs Office for detailed information on this point.

*The European Union Countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principaute de Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

As reason for payment, please state the number of the order or of the pro-forma invoice.
ATTENTION PLEASE! Make sure that we receive the net amount of the order. All bank transfer charges are to be paid by the customer.

- Advanced payment by credit card (no debit card) Visa - Mastercard.

- the 3 numbers security code on the back of the card.

We process credit cards through bank, and can ship the goods only to the card owners address.
Other methods of payment are not accepted.

Deliveries are made by a carrier at our choice. We'll give you a quotation for shipping costs before you place your order.
Please remember to inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made IMMEDIATELY IN WRITTEN FORM ON THE RECEIPT to the delivering carrier, to open the file for the insurance cover. Failing such written claim, the insurance coverage does not operate.
We cannot be responsible for damages or shortages that may occur during transit.

Average delivery time from date of your order is usually 5 weeks. Such delivery time is to be meant as an indication, as it depends also upon the country where the goods have to be delivered. Please ask beforehand for the exact delivery time, especially for special or custom made items.

24 months guarantee on Quality
All products are guaranteed 24 months from purchase date against any materials or manufacturing defects. Any product that is found defective during the guarantee period shall be repaired free or replaced. Only freight costs to and from our factory are to be paid by the customer.
This guarantee does not apply to damages due to improper use or to damages that may occur during transit (see also section 3.), for which we cannot take any responsibility.
We also decline all responsibility as to any consequences or damages deriving from the goods supplied.

10 days overlook period with guarantee of reimbursement
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send it back to us within 10 days from receipt. We shall arrange for its replacement or refund, at your choice. Delivery and crediting costs will not be reimbursed and, in case of replacement, customer will be debited with new delivery costs.
It is essential that you inform us in advance by fax, e-mail or letter our offices:

of any goods return, in order to arrange the way of repayment or replacement.
The goods must be returned complete within 15 days from receipt, to our offices (same address above), in their original wrapping, and with an adequate external packing. Returned goods are to be free delivered to us by insured parcel post. Please include in the parcel your personal data, reasons for the return, number and date of the document by which you received the goods. Failing such information, returned materials will not be taken into account and we shall keep them in stock, pending your communications.

Return Policy
In order to ensure the fastest and most accurate processing of your product repair/replacement/refund, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your product.
You will be contacted with an RMA number and return instructions within 2 working days after receiving your repair/replace request.
Please do not ship back any product without our RMA!
Please clearly reference the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and include a copy of any additional documentation that you may wish to include, inside the box.
Based on warranty status and condition, your return will be processed as follows:
In-warranty products will be repaired, or replaced, at Emmebi's expense and returned to you.
For out of warranty products, Emmebi will provide an estimated repair cost before any work is started.
If an item is found to be beyond economical repair, you will be notified by Emmebi, and further options can be discussed at that time.

We will not be responsible for delayed deliveries or misconsignment of the materials, due to causes of force majeure or unpredictable events, and in those cases, we will have the option to cancel your order partially or entirely, suspend it or postpone its execution.

Any dispute will fall within the competence of the Court of Brescia - Italy.

Your personal data will be handled by us lawfully and correctly, in such a way as to guarantee the greatest discretion.
Your data will be recorded in our computer files at our office in San Zeno - Brescia, just to allow us to execute your order.
Your data will be supplied only to the persons/administrations closely connected to the execution of your order (Carrier, Post Offices, Banks or similar).
You can apply to us at any time to assert your rights, in accordance with section 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Data Protection Code). Particularly, you can check your data, have them cancelled or up-dated, any time.
